Hotel was on quiet street with easy access to the Yellow Metro (which was free to those over 65) Breakfast had a large selection to chose from. Location. Close to Metro. Nice neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful and I appreciated their recommendations.The friendly and very helpful staff and the refurbished rooms. I amlooking forward to returning in February.

Part of the town is eksklusiv. The room and the service. As I was traveling with my boyfriend and we are both young, we chose a hotel with an affordable price. I was surprised about a great quality of the hotel which had a nice breakfast included in price, good restaurant and very well furnished rooms.Staff was very polite, friendly and willing to help.Not to mention the location-the hotel lies near one of the main streets-public transport is accessible. The staff were so helpful and charming. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.I liked the room, and the stafff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was reasonably good. Very Nice and big rooms, excellent breakfast. Close to the big park. Its quieter location and we were lucky in that the hotel was not particularly busy during our stay. Also we had a good-sized room (Superior) that had been recently refurbished. They were doing a remodel or wing addition and workers left their empty pop bottles, etc. outside our room.Smoking in bar. It would be nice to have a kettle and some coffee and tea in the room. An option for room service would be good. It needs to be clarified that there is a new part of the hotel and an old part. The old part I would not recommend to stay in and it was very cold in the room especially next to the windows where there was a massive draft. However they are cheap.I have found the hotel a bit too cold, but i think it is a local problem Hungarian places have, so it is fair to say it was almost ok. The rate of the response to my asking for directions by e-mail was kind of slow and not so satisfying, but it was easier on the phone. Hallway carpet a little off-putting , Needed cleaning. the internet connection was not wireless, and wireless is extra money, the parking is not included in the price of the hotel. The front desk was not initially helpful in giving us correct information for unloading at the front of the hotel or with carrying our bags into the hotel. They gave us an upgrade because of an error on their part and would have charged us the extra if I had not had my booking printout.Make sure to go to the breafast early enough. We went there some mornings at 9.30am and they had run out of many stuff. Otherwise many stuff to choose from. Sometimes the cleaning ladies (?) were very loud at the hallways at 7am.. Elevators should be renovated. No soap in the bathroom, and the room needs a little bit more cleaning, there were dead flies near the window for the entire period of stay. It was very cold in the reception and restaurant. Curtain in room falling down.Service in English was excellent only in Reception. Arrived late, unable to get any food (10.00 pm). Smoking in the hotel foyer. The bed was really horrible they didn't do anything when I complained.Rude staff, location. Attitude of evening waiter was horrible and leaves much to desire.No food for late arrivals, bar shut at 10 pm. the comfort.
