It was an extremely pleasant experience, the apartament was fully equipped, spacious and cosy...it felt like being home. It is also very close to supermarkets, transport, restaurants and the city center itself. The owner welcomed us very nicely and, from the first day, gave us a whole bunch of maps and info about all the things you can do in the city. The apartman was spacey, clean, comfortable and easy to use. The staff expected us and we got exact instruction how to use the apartman. The apartman is located close to city center and metro. Nearby Népszínház utca had lots of small groceries, bakeries and hungarian cuisine takeaway.
all reviews » Highly recommended as the owner speaks good English and very helpful. The rooms are big with full kitchen, washing machine, iron and etc. Value for money if stay here. Comes with secured parking which is also a bonus. May stay here again if coming to Budapest again. Location is not in the center itself but very close, close tram, metro and Keleti train station. Very easy to move around the city from there. It was clean, facilities very good, excellent kitchen, nice layout. Staff very kind and flexible. really enjoyed the stay. It's a big apartment, it's clean, there is good airconditioning for the hot summer, it's near if the train station but there is nothing to see close to the apartment so you need to walk to the center (30min). Location in quiet area, 3-400 meters away from Keleti railway station. Very kind and polite staff. I will definatley come back to Anita aparment and I hope the negative issues are put in place. Clean, almost new apartment in modern block. Simply but very adequately furnished by IKEA. Close to train station. Just 5mins to metro station or 30 mins walk to main tourist sights. Am really like the apartment it was amazing and when i come againe i will go to the same one. And all my friends was very happy. And it was nearest to the city center. The room is good and the place is good, near the train station and supermaket. It is very good to have kichen and wash machine. The neighbourhood of apartman was a bit shabby. The location is a situated inside a big apartment and we spend about 10-15 minutes searching around. Only one thing should be updated as soon as possible - mattresses. Bed was a too soft and not that good for our back. I guess it is because the apartment is popular. Anyway, will be staying here again, for sure, as I believe this will be sorted out soon. The bed was old and not really comfortable... I felt like if I was sleeping at my grandparents! There was also a cigarette odor in the apartment. It looks like the apartment is set up with 2 sets of linnen for the bed. One set was on the bed and the other set left for drying in the livingroom. In the kitchen the dishes was also put up for drying and not placed in the lockers. In the bathroom there was one half roll of toiletpaper, not acceptable. Easy things to solve and I hope it will be done before my next visit. Very useful to have washing machine and dishwasher, but only 2 dishwasher blocks and no washing machine detergent were supplied. So shopping trip to Tesco to buy huge packs was required. It would be good to have just enough for your stay supplied. Nothing :). the apartment without air-conditioning gets very hot in summer as it is on the top floor; unpleasant smell in the bathroom, no curtain in the shower, no locks on bathroom and toilet doors. 1. Lack of some cleaning tools in kitchen. There seems to be no formal reception desk so must contact the staff through e-mail. one should know that there are two or more districts with the same street. It is a little difficult to find the reception. The exchange rate for currency is very high when I paid for the bill. I booked the room in Euro and paid in local currency. So I have to pay more when they use a higher exchange rate. No locks in the rest room. It is not in the best neighborhood, a bit far from city center, but close to train station. The shower had major leaking problems. Coldly efficient staff. The area around the apartment was rundown and didn't feel very safe. Not in the center. It' s not do clean inside of kitchen and bathroom.
