Our apartment for 2 people was absolutely fantastic! Location was excellent, apartment was really big with bedroom, livingroom, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Everything you need for succesfull holiday! Staff was really friendly too, and there was 24 h reseption. Houskeeper cleaned the apartment everyday, even washed our dishes. Apartment was really clean and comfy, double bed was comfortable too. I would definitely book this apartment again.
all reviews » The apartments are well situated right in the city center, the main attractions being easily reachable by foot - e.g. 5/10 min walk to St. Stephen's cathedral / Opera. We booked at the all 4u apartments but received one at the Gojdu Apartments (different buiding, but within 100m from the all4u). The apartments are spacious and clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything necessary. Overall it's a good value for money. After having read other reviews complaining about the noise at night, I was a little bit worried. However, even though there were some bars and food shops, the atmosphere was pretty quiet even out in the street. From the apartment I couldn't hear any noise whatsoever. Regarding the apartment, it was far more spacious and well equipped than I had expected. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it. The apartment was spacious. It was in a very central location with access to all metro lines and the tram within two blocks. It was neighboured by many busy restaurants so there was always a new place to try for dinner. The breakfast voucher was for one of the nearby restaurants and it had very nice staff as well as quite a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. All 4u appartmnets was very clean and good equipt (washing masine, microwave, tv, ...). Room were big and very nice. And it was in city centre in cenntre of triangel between most important sightseeings opera, synagoge and St Stephens Basilica. Balcony and windows of our room looked to the courtyard so there was quiet in the night. Good location - close to main attractions and transport lines. We got a family studio instead of a double room, daily cleaned. The area is close to pubs and restaurants, 5 mins away from St. Istvan Basilica, 10 minutes away from Chain Bridge. Area is called Derek Fer, the metro stop that connects all 3 metro lines. Everything was perfect. As we were at a convention at the Sports Arena, the location was perfect, near to plenty Shops and Restaurants. The Taxi fare's to the Sports arena were very reasonable so again the location was great.The breakfast deal with the restaurant down stairs was spot on also. Thank you for everything!. spacious apartment in the very centre of Budapest, located at one of the busiest pedestrian streets with lots of clubs and bars. The position is excellent, in the very downtown, five minutes on foot from the most interesting clubs/pubs (Szimpla above all). It´s little bit noisy during the night because of terraces/bars outside. That didn´t bother us too much though, we had earblugs. - the windows weren't very good insulated so you could hear almost everything from the terraces in vicinity. The partying didn't stop just because I was going to bed so if you need quiet in order to sleep, bring your earplugs. You'll need them all night because the partiers don't stop until dawn. Neighbours from house standing opposite was shouting for 2 hours in morning. Air- condition in our room was not working. It can get noisy but since I slept very late, it was not a problem for me. Nothing really to say... They were working a little bit further in the street, but this can happen even at home so ... In hotter weather, if your unit opens over the inner courtyard where all the restos and cafes are, you might find it very noisy at night. Personnel doesn't speak english well, sometimes they were not polite enough. There was no iron in app, so you need to go to reception across the street, leave deposit and take it. You can't pay for your stay by card, only cash. Although the location is excellent in the heart of the downtown, it is very noisy since this apartament is located right above a restaurant. There are 5 or 6 large restaurants in the perimeter of this apartments and there is heavy duty partying every night. If it is hard for you to fall asleep, then this hotel is not for you. The 10 pubs are noisy. A bit noisy at night as we stayed on second floor. If possible, I would request upper floor next time. The smell in the apartment and the army of flies that welcomed us. Take into consideration when you plan staying here that the guaranty for the apartment key is 10 euro (returnable when you check out) and for the parking remote is 20 euro (also returnable to the check out). During the time of our stay a reconstruction works on an oposite building took place and it could get quite noisy. Also the restaurants in a surrounding street got crowded in the evenings and the noise could be bothering for someone. - air conditioning and dishwasher were 'out of order', which we were not informed of in advance - gets really noisy in the evenings, because great amount of pubs and cafes are in a very small distance (although eases off after 1AM). just be aware that all payments are cash. The kitchen is very modern but is far away of being complete in the details. The pans are very small, dont have any bottle opener, and I missed some cups. I think that a place which have a dishwasher should have better utensils but that was ok. It was a bit hot inside ( we travelled toward the end of Sept, beginning of October) even with no air condition heating on. For aircondition one had to pay 5 euro per day but we didn't take this option and we just opened the windows for some fresh cold air to cool the room. The only disadvantage is that parking is expensive in the area or at the hotel. But that comes with staying in the city centre anywhere in Europe. Night life was really at its peak and one could be unlucky to get a flat with the windows facing the yard where most of the bars were situated. Hard to fall asleep then... Breakfast. It would be lovely to have some tea/coffee/bathroom soap available. As it is very close to a zone full of bars and pubs, it is quite noisy on the weekends until 4-5 am. I would only recomend the appartment for people that want to go out until very late. Having open windows at night is not very comfortable as the apartment we had is close to a bar. I was staying in exactly the same room as one and half years before. But now the room had more damages: the power outlet was broken (still provides a power but is outside of the wall - dangerous), the door to a balcony was broken (I did not try to open it fully as I was afraid it will fall down), the lamp in a toilet did not work. And they accept only cash. The parking was a little expensive 12 Euro per day. one needs to pay for parking in the garage the full amount for each commenced day (even if you leave the garage at the time of check-out). Very noisy during the night because apartment is located on the walking street with a lot of bars and restaurants. So don't forget earplug) but actually this is the only minus. uninterested staff, but still ok!. The location was a bit noisy in the evenings (plenty bars and restaurants downstairs) but never got too much. The decoration was basic but not ugly. Less equipment in the kitchen and less TV programs (only 4-5 Hungarian). I really didnt like the cleaning stuff. They came every day at our apartment and didnt do anything. Just made out bed. I think you have to do something about cleaning. Too noisy - surrounded of clubs, bars, discoteques, crowds of people everywhere. However, after 1:00 AM noise is over, as all bars are closed.
