  Staffs are very friendly especially Natahli at the front desk. Guests were rude and no line up at all. I was front at the line waiting to check out and got jumped in by 4 guests. - Location for business the Room was a very good size and the staff wasexcellent good morning good afternoon very nice to here !!!!

  staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful............the location was excellent for my needs and i plan to stay there anytime i am in hong kong - everything, staff were very obliging, gave us late check out until 3pm, and let us stay in the execetive lounge, also upgraded us to suite room

  As long as you are not looking to be located near any restaurants, bars or shopping but close to the airport this was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff spoke english which was helpful for me. - Although the rooms were small, they were clean, comfortable, and well appointed.

  I like everything about the hotel. The location worked well for us beingnear the airport. We got to relax right away after our flight in and wedidn't need to rush back for our flight out.   It was great! We have been promoted to a room suit, with one double room and one single room, when the staff saw we are 3 people. The shower is excellent, and the transportation also.
