Upgrade to a Club level, fantastic suite, refreshment in the Club Lounge, breakfast. Nice, comfortable, quiet, and location was great.the location of the hotel is very nice, it is near the harber where you find the best seen of the city and it is near the city shoping center where you could spent your mony quicly. the location of this hotel is excellent, close to MTR, close to everthing you needed.
all reviews » Room excellant. It was an ok room for the price but a five star hotel room. I arrived from shenzhen on train at East TST terminal. The hotel was very near.friendly and efficient service. Location, restaurants. yes we did and also we are very impressed with their service to upgrade the room for us when they knew we hv 2 kids and also very impressed when their guest relations dept gave us a surprise birthday cake for my wife's birthday . Location. Very helpful and polite staff.Location is ok. touristic area. A good hotel at Tsi Sham Tsui area near the sea and 10 mnts walk to the ferry and 3 mints walk to the metro station. Hotel does'nt have sea view rooms if you are looking for a room with a view. Hotel is also right next to a shopping mall and Intercontinental hotel. Before Renaissance Kowloon I stayed at Habour Plaza Hotel (better rooms but 7 mnts/ 6- USD to T Sham Tsui Center by taxi. Checking in was easy and the front desk girl was very helpful.Bus transfers to and from the airport and excellent location. its walking distance to harbour city. Particularly convenient location. near shopping center and MRT. Central position and readiness to remedy some minor problems/cope with requests for late departure etc. The staff and their attentiveness. The location was very good for walking to avenue of the stars and for the star ferry - right on your doorstep!. location is good, very close to the train station and shopping mall. and the staffs are nice and helpful. Great location !. internet even in the Club level is not free of charge, only outdoor swimming pool - closed in the winter time. Extra charge for internet access.Blocking the cridit cards, I know that it is all hotels policies, but if they can thing of other guarantees instead of blocking the cards where you have to use at other issues. The bed was very firm, generally the room was not up to the same standard as other renaissance hotels I've stayed at around the world and needs a refurb. the decor of the room is just too old.Steam and Sauna rooms are chargeable, very small swimming pool. Our room is very small and furnishings needs refurbishing Ammenities in room are not quality conscious.
