I liked the atmosphere in the Hostel,the Staff``s friendliness manner,the room was also renovated , no curfews and the great location to all Tourist site , I managed to catch the bus to the Airport just 1 minute walk from the hostel.
Location is the best, right at Causeway Bay, and nearby is foodstreet (Kingston street, which is just opposite the hostel exit), the bus for the airport is also near the end of Kingston street.......will stay at again. all reviews »
The location was perfect. It was super close to the MTR. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Although the room was not big, it had the basic amenities needed for our trip. Wifi was fast :).
Good Location, Free Coffee and Tea, I also liked the whole set up of the hostel, I was in an appartment room with other travellers and the Internet also worked well in our room.
It is central to most things, we stayed here for 2 nights. In the main building it seems quite social where you could meet people if you were travelling solo.
The atmosphere in the Hostel,Location and the reception Staff the price was also good in relation to the quality of the room I had.
The set up of the Hostel is really interesting, the hostel has a small but nice lobby where the guests could really mingle .

The position is very convenient for getting around town with the subway, that is literally 2 minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, just in front of the building is a very nice supermarket where you can buy all sorts of stuff. Don't miss the fresh fruit juices at the bottom of the street!.
The location is perfect,very close to SOGO department store.And the stuffs there are warm-hearted and helpful.Offer free luggage deposit also.

I did not like that it is not advertised that if the main block is full you are taken to another building, where the other rooms are. So the tea and coffee on offer in the morning is in the main building. So you would have to leave the building. Not that we used that option as we went out for tea.

No hot water on 6th floor, slow, unavailable wifi. Building is so so in terms of general hygiene.

The room was not at all what they show in the pictures. The bed is very short, even for people who aren't tall like me (I'm only 1,65 m but my feet were sticking out of the bed!). The shower door was broken so every time I used it the floor was full of water. They never cleaned my room after my check-in. Towels are not provided, and the toiletries are not the little samplers you'd expect in a hotel, but just dispensers in the wall. Mine weren't even filled so I ran out before my check-out.
We've booked five rooms,and the rooms are separated in different buildings and floors.
The a/c unit in the room was noisy and did not offer much relief as it was partially blocked by the curtain. If you moved the curtain then you would have to deal with street lighting.
The hairdryer, fridge, and other facilities were actually not in the room, but located in the shared passage that you used to access the entrance to your floor.
Not all rooms look like on the photos (ours was shabby), cleaning is done only after the guests leave.

staff was a bit 'underdeveloped' , rooms were without any windows and beds too small to lie on. rooms looked like little boxes to store tools, shower was crap, hostel had no athmosphere at all, no community, no bar, i know hk is expensive but 400 HK Dollars a night in a prison cell is not worth it in my eyes, then better commit a crime and you get a prison cell for free.
No towels. Old Bed linen, furniture destroyed. No toothbrushes. Not very clean in the room.

the room is awful! the curtains were spoiled, airconditioning is like a blower only, toilet flush was not working, no refrigerator but online it was mentioned they are providing...noisy, as in the noise from the shower room beside our room we can hear...the hkd680 is really not worthy of our stay there...
