We enjoyed the nice perspective over the Volos Bay

My room with a fab view - very clean and comfortable - lots of products

Security at the outdoor pool - one day about seven children appeared - gained entrance and asked me for money - the lifeguard and barman just watched!

Location and quality of superior room with seaview.

The staff were not sufficiently well trained and managed. Room service in a 5* hotel could not provide filter coffee at 11.30pm and made little effort to offer any alternative. The management failed to respond to a letter of concern raised about this.

Convenient. Good facilities

Poor directions to the hotel. Reception staff not particulraly helpful. A no smoking room should not include ashtrays and matches! Lack of no smoking areas in breakfast restaurant.
