What people say

Very clean, very nice, staff is very helpful. I was offered a welcome frappé hehe. THE beach (it's only a massive one, many kilometers long, that goes from Rethymno port all the way) is cleaner and not crowded around Athina. So it's perfect if you want a calm, nice, pleasant spot by the beach. Restaurants/bakeries are 5 minutes away. Athina is a family runned accomodation, one of the two sisters, Elena, was quite friendly and helpful, even before my departure! At my arrival the mum was so nice to offer me a piece of cake just baked :-) The accomodation is quite new and rooms are big and well furnished.
