It is a little bit out of town but still within walking distance of about 20mins to the old port. They met me at the port and dropped me off again which was great. Good wifi signal and very helpful with getting me acclimatized to the area. There is a market just next door. The room was comfortable.

Had a great stay. Family run business and literally 1 min walk to the black sand beach! Not so much to see on the outside of the apartments but inside is clean, tidy with all you need. Perfect for a budget experience. If you don't find what you want please ask and they will do whatever they can to help. Personalised service..brilliant. Perissa the town is a about 20min drive from the city centre of fira so hire a car or motorbike if possible.
