Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5 per night and person in a baby cot. One child under 12 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. One further child under 12 years is charged 15 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 35 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. One further older child or adult is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
