Perfect Little hotel! simple rooms but all we needed. We were 3 families with Children (between 7 and 15) who stayed for 3 nights. Situated right at the beach wirh a Lovely restaurant right on the beach. Very serviceminded and nice staff. Can recomenned this warmly! We will go back! -

The rooms are in a good position only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, bus station, beach and restaurants. The room was quite spacious and we liked the private balcony with a view to the hill beyond. The owner's sister was in charge when we stayed there and she was very welcoming and pleasant.

Very helpful hosts who picked me up and returned me to the port. Room and shower/bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed extremely comfortable and bathrobe provided which was a lovey bonus. My room - 26 - on first floor had spacious balcony overlooking road as well as sitting area facing into courtyard. Staff were superb - friendly, helpful and more than accomodating. Free transfers to and from port, and extras.......driven down to port to get my tickets and then brought back to sit by the pool. Our ferry did not leave until 10pm and were able to keep our room all of the following day. Loved the honesty bar. Loved everything! -

Great choice! The appartment was large and nice. The two separate bedrooms were really comfortable. The kitchenette had all necessary equipment and facilities The two level balcony offered exceptional view to the city of Parikia, to the port and to the nearby seasides.The owner, Mr Nikos Alifieris was polite, helpful and very professional. We were picked up from the port although the way to Marisa Rooms from the port is very short.
Close to the beach were you can find nice restaurants (like Pepe's souvlaki place :) ).
All the services close: bakery, fruits and vegetables, supermarket, car rental.

The service since they met us at the port was outstanding! We were shown lots of key places of interest to help orientate us with the town. We arrived at the hotel and there was cold white wine waiting for us which they were generous with throughout the stay. Very accommodating! they allowed us to have a late check out and the rooms and location
