  We had a wonderful week's stay at Maria Suites in Platanias Crete. The room is kept very clean with towels and sheets changed regularly. The pool is of a good size and also kept very clean and there are plenty of sun beds. I would say that the cooking facilities, one large and one small hob is fine for preparing breakfast but it is adventurous to ... what people say » try and cook on this for the evening meal. The apartments are very well situated in a quiet area and its only a two minutes walk down the hill to the - Everything. The apartment was really spacious, being able to store and prepare food in the kitchen was superb, the pool was beautiful and the design of the suites ingenious. The shower was strong, the air con great and the two balconies brilliant. Plus Maria herself was the very best of hosts, a lovely lady. We cannot wait to return - this was one of the best holidays we have had - we were able to totally relax and that was in large part due to how lucky we were to stay at Maria Suites.

The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them.   This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. It is not often that you can say that all the staff are nice and helpful in different ways. The restaurant team is particularly special and the cleaning staff did some lovely things to make the stay very sp... what people say » ecial for our children. The reception person we dealt with most couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, the infinity pool really lived up to it's - We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

We've been in hotels in China, Thailand, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, France, Italy, etc. and always had a 3star or more, Renieris was the first 2 star Hotel we choose and it was amazing to find out the cleaniness, friendlyness, service was the best we've ever experienced! The hotel is new, bright, clean and the pool area beautiful with a view, grass and flowers. Lovely breakfast room with a view, and a good continental breakfast buffet.
