Location
The hotel is beautiful and elegantly laid out. Our room was large and comfortable. I had a problem reaching my bank in the US and the staff was very helpful. Pool is lovely; hotel is a 10 min walk to the beach.
The walk to the beach is past an abandoned construction area, full of debris which is in sharp contrast to the beautiful Naxos.
This was our second year at Porto Naxos and we were as pleased this time as last year.

The people working in Porto Naxos are so polite and friendly! The hotel has been renovated and it is amazing. The surrounding in the pool is very relaxing and we really had a great time thanks to our accomodation!
Porto Naxos Hotel has two gardian angels. Heleni, the angel of the night, and Athina, the angel of the day. They are always there to assist you in every possible matter with competence and efficacy. Heleni has also a knack for good resturants: by all means, follow her advices
Staff at Porto Naxos were excellent, very friendly, nothing was a problem. Excellent breakfast, beautiful breads, fruits, hot breakfast, cakes etc.
Not mad on the location, lacking views. The walk to town is past bins and endless rent a car places.
We absolutely loved staying at Porto Naxos! The staff were superb - nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. Location is excellent - you can walk to the centre of town in under 10 mins and the beach in about 3 mins. The pool was lovely and the cocktails at the pool bar delicious - mojitos made from mint grown in the bar garden! The breakfast each day was lovely and fresh. We will definitely be back.
I cannot fault this hotel.
The hotel has great service with excellent staff, they made us feel like home. Any request was always taken seriously and actioned. Our package was with a transfer, but due to some communication gap, we paid the limo. The lady at the reception next day asked us what we had paid, and without even our asking, she handed the cash back to us. On departure, they arranged breakfast early at 6.30am, since we had an early flight. They provided bikes for the 2 of us and it was a great experience to visit the beaches on them. The staff went all out to make our trip memorable.
The size of the room, the peace and quiet in and around the room, with a view on the garden. The premises are beautifully designed. and fit in with the landscape. No risk of having a room on top of yours. Plentiful breakfast with excellent coffee. Friendly staff.
If you are not lucky and have a room with a view on the pool area: the music was much too loud! The communication between letsbookhotel.com and their own reception staff left something to be desired but all was sorted out with a smile.
Porto Naxos is a fantastic hotel. The location, design, comfort and facilities are all top class. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. The walk to town only took about ten minutes and you can go via the beach in just a few minutes more. The breakfast was excellent with a really wide variety of hot and cold, savoury and sweet choices. The pool area is lovely and the public areas are cool and spacious with a nice grand piano. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our room had a huge balcony overlooking the pool, the sea and in the far distance, Paros. We loved it and will definitely return.

Everything was great. Staff was the most thoughtful, helpful and kind we have found in the islands. Measured no efforts in supporting our needs. Breakfast was the best ever. They have a fine pastry chef that cooks excelent pies and millefeulle. Room was nice and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and functional.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the setting was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel has a warm and welcoming ambience and the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. I liked the fact the hotel owners were always on hand to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and the guests' needs provided for and the staff seemed to find nothing too much trouble to provide, ie ordering taxis, advice about local sights etc. The hotel offered a personal touch to our stay and we had a great time.

The Porto Naxos Hotel was situated in a great location with only a 5-10 minute walk to town and the beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the reception desk and their enthusiastic staff were absolutely wonderful and always bending over backwards to make our stay pleasurable and comfortable. The buffet style breakfast each morning was plentiful with so much to choose from. . The pool area is beautiful, and the barman would make up great cocktails and was always happy to please. Would definitely stay again.
The pool is amazing! From our arrival the staff were very efficient and professional! The service was very friendly from reception and the cleaning staff! Our room was excellent with a balcony also overlooking the pool and town. Thank you also for our 25th Anniversary flower welcome and champagne, it made us feel very special! The walk down to town was very easy and not far and very easy to find! Restaurants and shops only 5 minutes away. Would love to return again someday!
the quality of service , the helpfulness of the staff, the location, the quality of the establishment - all was perfect and done up to a very high level; the professionalism and frendliness of all staff: owners, waiters and cleaner was quite exceptional.
On the check in date the receptionist on duty , very professional and willing to help us on our request .
The check out although I have paid them in cash and as well I have remind them to be alert not to charge me additionally. The did not given the appropriate care and finally they did it! The have charge me twice. The found it later the double charge and call me for their error.
it's a very nice hotel with nice rooms and if you're lucky you'll get a nice terrasse to enjoy the sunset.
a little bit too expensive for the service and probably the only hotel in naxos that doesn't offer transportation from the port and back.
