The location is quiet but still near tavernas and shops. The room was attractive, spacious and clean and the bathroom very nice. I asked for non smoking and did not smell any smoke in the room. The best part was the wonderful caring attitude of the couple who run the pension. They went to great lengths to be kind and helpful, including helping us get gasoline during the strike. This is a delightful little (6 room) pensione a few streets back from the main square in Nafplio. The rooms are modern, clean, and nicely decorated. But the best part of our stay was the help we got from Magra (sp?) who runs the place. Her English is good, and she made us feel at home. Our favorite place we stayed in Greece.

The room we had was large, clean, comfortable and quiet, yet only a short walk from the centre. Although breakfast was not included, we found a small cafe at the end of the street near the bus station which did an excellent full english breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice for 6 euros.Location is excellent, close to the bus station and in the heart of the old town. It's located in a nice little street. Really nice views from the balcony. Our room was very spacious, well cleaned and had a very nice mansion feeling. Friendly and helpful service. We can warmly recommend Isioni Pension. Nice location in historic part of town on a quite street. Freindly and helpful owners. Extremly nice beach within a 10min drive from the hotel. Top floor rooms 3 flights up hard for some to climb.Parking - impossible to park at the hotel as it is in a very narrowstreet, nearly impossible (especially in the evenings) to park at areasonable distance from the hotel.
