4 -free air condition / fans
5 -reasonably price level
6 -nearby a greater city
7 -inexpensive motorcycle- or car rental in the vicinity
Unfortunately condition 6 and 7 is not fulfilled. However the hotel is hardly to blame.

The apartment was amazing value for money, not only is it a great size but the owner is incredibly nice. The Apartment its self is about a minutes walk from the strip, however you cant hear it from the rooms. So if you are going for the night life its great. But also its good for those not looking for night life but more for a travelers holiday and the owner is so helpful. Highly recommended

Loved it!!! What a pleasant surprise!! I just left a week ago and would
spend the rest of my summer there. I plan on going back with more
friends and family and for at least 1 week or more. The staff and owner
are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel like family and friends

We are just back from a fantastic stay at Parthenis Beach. We booked into stay for an extra 2 nights it was so wonderful. The setting is amazing right overlooking a stunning beach with beautiful clear blue waters and those sun beds are just so comfy. Villa Mare is the closest facility to the hill, you can have a relaxing holiday far from the noise of Malia party places. Garden of the complexum is beautiful too.
The food is really delicious, rooms are extremely clean, so i would stay again in this hotel.
