Very clean and close to the beach front. It was great value. The family that run the studios and the attached restaurant were lovely and very helpful. The hostess Frosso and her husband Nicko were great. The restaurant was also a bonus. Good food.

Note: this hotel is in the main port town, not in the nearby tourist resort of Livadi (that's a good point).
Situated directly on the seafront of the island's main port, it is excellent if you want to be right next to the cafe's and restaurants, the small central beach and Astypalea life.

We appreciated the transports from the port when we arrived and to the airport when we had to go. thx for that. Bathroom is in perfect condition. Room also very nice and quiet. Beautifull view to the castle and the harbor. We really liked Astypalaia alot. Although you have to understand that this is not Cycladic mentality but more Dodecanese. But the stay in this hotel was perfect. 9/10
