We stayed in Mataxotos apartment this June during our trip to Kefalonia. The apartments are very clean, swimming pool wonderful, the surrounding areas calm and relaxing, but most importantly the owners Christina and Paul are fantastic young couple, accommodating in every request, friendly & funny. I would recommend the apartments to anyone passing Kefalonia. First Class..lovely family run business. I was traveling alone and they invited me to join them (extended family) for dinner, which was lovely, really great family living and working in one the most perfect locations in the world....Its hard not to love Greece and the Greeks when treated to such warm hospitality.
