  This hotel is chic and very comfortable. The staff is accommodating andwarm. The gym is well equipped; we were disappointed we didn't have timefor the steam room and sauna! Check out the rooftop: there is a greatpool with a disappearing edge, extremely comfortable loungers, a fullbar, great service and plenty of tables. The staff was very accomodating. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel if you're willing to take a cab/public transit to the tourist attractions.

Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.

  The concierge spoke English well and was patient with me although the letsbookhotel.com website misrepresented the description for a "sun terrace", which is just a standard balcony and not a outdoor area with sun and views of the city. The owner was very friendly and helped me resolve my concerns and even directed me to a neighbouring 4 star hotel... what people say » called Hotel Stanley that had a pool and sun deck for pubic use so I stayed in their cheaper room and simply crossed the road to enjoy a swim and sun - Fabulous staff. I was impressed by how efficiently the room was made up by the house-keeper, in a matter of 2-3 minutes. Moreover, ever - Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. However the hotel were happy to accommodate us with this change when we checked in. The doors are double to the balcony which is good for the busy street. Located just 2 minutes walk from an ar - We stayed here for one night when we arrived very early in the morning after getting in from Heathrow. The flight arrived at 3.10am and we didn't get to the hotel until at least 4am. However, on our arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us sleep in past check out time and in the morning were able to give us useful directions to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern. We would recommend this place and definitely go back.
