Athinais Hotel is perfect. Great location in a nice area. The room and bathroom are very clean. Some rooms have a balcony, some others have a nice view on Licavitos.The staff is friendly. Breakfast starts at 6.30, that is usefull if you have to travel early. Free wi fi in the room. We often stay in Athinais Hotel and we recommend it. -

This hotel was in the perfect location! It was about a 5 minute walk to Syntagma Square and the train station there which was perfect since we arrived on the train from the airport. Tons of restaurants within a few blocks, off the main streets so very quiet. The staff was very helpful with maps and directions. Very friendly staff. The owner of the hotel gave me a map and told which places worth visiting. Also he provided a lot of helpful information about the city. The rooms are relatively small but cozy. They were cleaned once a day. The towels were also changed on a daily basis. I was very pleased to find 2 teeth brushes and tooth paste in a bathroom. Air Condition system worked properly.
