Good location where you get a good impression of the Greek life. Hotelroom was basic but had a nice bathroom. Lovely personnel who were very willing to give advise. The girl from the reception even made a phonecall for us to see where we could pickup our boat tickets. We had to leave very early but we could still get some breakfast. Eventhough the bread was not fresh, I found the gesture to be able to get some breakfast at 5 am very nice! I would definately recommend this hotel, not for its fac

The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.

The value for money....excellent for it's location, and having staied in a triple we had a great view of the Acropolis :). - Proximity to the centre of Athens. The staff were very helpful. Thebreakfast was lovely and the rooms clean the view was spectacular fromthe rooftop balcony.

We stayed at this hotel for about 10 days, our room was excellent for a 3 star hotel. Room cleaning was possibly the best I've experienced, brilliant white sheets and we never had a knock for room cleaning, our room was always prepared whilst we were away. Lastly towels changed everyday. -

Good price, it was only a 10minute walk to the centre of Athens, close enough to walk but fare enough away that you weren't kept awake by late night activities.
It was clean and comfortable. Easy to relaxe in those conditions.
The staff spoke excellent English and were very happy to help in any way possible.
