We are back for the second time! I want very well to the owner because she is a lovable person and holds its clean Hotel, is welcoming, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is very close to the center of Santorini and if we go back a third time, I will stay again at Hotel Ptolemeos. Thanks for everything.
It is good located, close to the bus station and near caldera.
It's clean, well maintained and the owner, Katrina, is very very nice, concerned about everything you need (also the cleaning lady).

Great stay, host was lovely, gave us a run down on the Island and some history. Allowed us to shower and relax in the hotel later in the day on the day we checked out as we had to catch a midnight ferry. Very generous. Would stay here again without a doubt.
Everything was great. Very well situated, close to the bus station, quiet at night, nice room. We specially liked, that we felt like at home. Katrin, the owner, made us feel good, with her kindness and helpful character. Thank you very much for everything.
Katerina was phenomenal. Very friendly and hospitable, bringing us breakfast when we didn't even ask for it. Location is close to public transport yet in a quiet area. We were able to catch a bus to everywhere we wanted to go on the island.
Perfet location. It's a small, familiar, relaxing and nice place to stay in Fira. I love the bounganvilla at the garden, to sit in the small terrace for a relaxing time was a nice experience.
