The location is great,at the edge of the hill.The terrace is facing the sea with fantastic view of the cruieses,blue sea and the caldera The whole surrounding is very romantic The staff is very caring,bringing my heavy luggage down to the hotel.Even brought me breakfast at 5am and my heavy luggage up to the taxi.I surely will recommend the hotel to anyone. One of the best locations on the caldera without a doubt!! Fantastic views and staff. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we really like it. The bar fridge is a really good (necessary) addition. Very clean and breakfast on the terrace is amazing. Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay again.

I think there have been some changes since the first time we were there...our bed was too low and we kept kicking our toes on the extra long bed end. The mattress was very hard. There is a lot of plaster and paint that has been left after repairs and changes and this looks bad. Please take this as constructive criticism (not malicious). Water is not drinkable from the tap. They provide a large bottle everyday - but a tip may be to have extra bottles for purchase in the fridge or a kettle in the room, with some tea and coffee. Nothing we didn't like though!. Nothing. Zero. Nadda. Perfectly perfect. Lots of steps but worth it for the view. The room furniture are a bit old. The bed and the cabinet look kind of tired. Not having internet in rooms and only in public area meaning close to the reception. The only thing that was a bit of a negative was that the internet did not work in the rooms, it could only be used near the reception area. Wi-Fi is only available in reception area which is 2 stores up. Back home, we found out that there were bed bugs in our room (had lots of bites and doctor told us that they come from bed bugs). We informed the hotel via email - no apology or any other response. The water in swimming pool was too cold. Got to hike many steps everyday as the hotel located at bottom of cliff. Everyday same breakfast. Wifi only in the reception area. The whole room is too simple and small. Don't feel worthy for the money. 房間很小設備簡陋，物低所值.
