A very good and clean hotel with friendly staff. Possible to eat at the hotel. If you do, do not miss mama Patricias moussaka :-) Close to bus stop out on Main street to get to both Lindos and Rhodes. Price € 4 respectively € 2.20. Walking distance to the beach and the town center in about 10 minutes. Good breakfast and close to the mini market and even a real grocery store in just about 700 meters along the main road towards the city center (ab Food Market) with very good range. If we come bac.
all reviews » Nice friendly owners and staff. Daily cleaning and change of linen and towels, this is not typical for many other apartments. Breakfast is sufficient. The location of the hotel is quiet, but near the road and the bus stop. It features a large convenient parking. No insects or ants in the room. The beach is quite far for walking, it is better to go by car. To the nearest cafes, discos and restaurants about 12 minutes pleasant walk, but their noise does not reach the hotel. Wi-fi worked well even. Very clean (room was cleaned everyday), it had all we needed, spacious, good and very fresh breakfast (you have got to have the home-made cake!!!), all rooms have balconies and overlook the pool, really free wi-fi (that works everywhere), plenty of car parking space, staff very friendly (24hrs reception service) and although is very close to the motorway not any noisy. The fact that is a little distant from Faliraki centre (10΄-15΄ walk) mend no loud music from the clubs at night. The hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Towels were changed daily and a free safe was provided. Wifi connectivity was quite reliable and good. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet, also inside the room. Tip: You can rent a car at the hotel and park it at the hotel late at night while the car agency picks it up the next day without you needing to worry about it. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, in a lovely hotel with a brilliant atmosphere. Spacious rooms fully cleaned daily with a relaxed reception/restaurant area. Dias studios is very accommodating, I would fully recommend staying here on any visit to faliraki!. I liked that it was budget-friendly and not too far from faliraki where the clubs are located. No more disadvantages. No double bed available (althought requested on the booking sheet) Other than that, and if I have to make some comments: 1.Bathroom looked a little bit basic (but always very clean) 2.There is no lift so we had to curry our luggage on the 2nd floor (although the reception guy did offered to help). 3.A little distant from Faliraki centre (10΄-15΄ walk) - but this can be a good thing too- and finally ... 4. Faliraki means MOSQUITOS guys!!!. Although we enjoyed our stay, the hotel still needs some improvements: breakfast was basic and lacked creativity, and was the same every day. Hot water supply was problematic in the mornings (at least in September), I guess as it depended on solar energy, also, it was difficult to take a shower without getting the entire floor wet. Note that the hotel is a 15 minutes’ walk from Faliraki’s center – but this is not a problem if you like to walk a bit before/after dinner :). It was not easy to locate, when i first arrived i was a bit lost because the studios are not situated on main road. Far from the beach. BUT! We had a reason to take a walk. Sleep bed and pilow are uncomfortable and brekfast is everyday the same. The walk to and from the beach and town centre was a little tedious. insufficient kitchen equipment in the rooms poor breakfast (no variations, no fruits). In the rooms are very poorly working wi-fi. Nothing. Cleaning of rooms. rooms were not cleaned properly. bus stop 12 minutes. faliraki center about 25mn . not bad for a little walk everyday. Hard to find the entrance off the highway. hotel location a bit to far from the beach. I could not fault this place. coming home.
