We loved the welcome we received in this small town - everyone we met wanted to make us feel welcome there. Our visit to the Markakis apartments could not have been better. The apartment itself was modern, really clean and comfortable with a brilliant internet connection at no extra cost. There was private parking for our hire car. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome without ever being intrusive. The apartment was cleaned every other day and was in a quiet street yet r.

Lovely apartment with large balcony with sea view. If you have walking problems this is maybe not for you, hill is steep (but not long). For us it was ok. nothing!. struggled with this question: In Apt 1 there is some glazing between the lounge and bedroom- when lounge light is on it is very bright in the bedroom. BUT not a major issue. It didn't bother us at all but there is an steep slope to the top apartments, may not be suitable for the elderly or people with difficulty walking. Worth the view when you get there though..... An awareness of noise of traffic on nearby road, but this did not overly affect us. it will be better to have a rack for the shower head, but this was a common lack in Greece. No transat to leisure on the terrace. Street to get there very sloping (for both walkers and cars...). Shower curtain too short. Soaked bathroom floor.
