Nikos is very helpful, he wait for us after midnight and was able to answer any our question.
Friendly and helpful owners. Good location in quiet side street but near city centre, tourist areas, restaurants, shops, bus station etc. Good price!
Very friendly staff who told us about interesting things to do in Chania and Crete also. Excellent WiFi! The balcony off our room was nice too. Spacious room.
Had to hold shower head. Needs to be able to be hung on the wall as well.
it's well located for walking (in 5-10 mins) to both old & new areas of town; our room was spacious, with balcony, fridge, sun all day, spring bed; it has knowledgable, friendly, chatty staff. For our needs, it was perfect.
The staff has been very kind and gave us lots of useful advices. The hotel location is perfect to visit the city on foot.
The wifi signal strength was a bit weak, but this is not really a dislike.
Located a few steps from the old town, this family-run accommodation has an excellent quality/price ratio and the manager is a very nice person, very welcoming, helpful and prepared to give all the information that a tourist is looking for during his vacation....to all this I absolutely recommend it!
Nikos Nikoloudakis - is full of great ideas to make your stay more interesting and valuable. Probably the most friendly hotel in Chania :) Location is very good, reasonably close to the old Venetian Harbour.
Generally everything was fine for the given price and short stay. Cafe with inexpensive breakfast in front of the hotel, working wifi, very friendly staff.
Friendly, clean large rooms.
Easy access from and to airport by car. Easy walk to old town. Friendly staff.
Needs update, especially kitchen. Safety. Taking out the the key from the electric central all lights goes of and it´s difficult to find the key hole of the out door at dark in case of emergency.
Very good location
Small room and bathroom, not enough hot water, old furniture
