Very low price (40 Euro on letsbookhotel.com) for the room with seaview in the city centre with 3 beds equipped with all necessary things (air-cond, tea, coffee, refrigerator, TV+satellite, soap, shower gel, hair-drier). The manager does not sit at the place but arrive immediately after a phone call. He was really kind and friendly. He replaced the bed linen on one of the beds immediately after he saw a hair left on the bedsheet by the laundry. He also gave our daughter some home-made cakes and. all reviews »
Ο Κ.Γιάννης είναι ο καλύτερος οικοδεσπότης, σε όλα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει και δεν μας αρνιόταν το παραμικρό.Τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα και η τοποθεσία του βρίσκεται κεντρικά, στο Ενετικό Λιμάνι. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Πολύ χαμηλές τιμές!!!
Mr.Yiannis is very friendly and helpful. He is an amazing host. He was willing to help us with everything.The hotel is very clean and the location of Stoa Rooms is right next to Venetian harbour.Highly recommended!!Value for money!!.
Upon arrival you are supplied with the certain amount of extras you don't expect for this price, like tea bags, instant coffee and even milk in the fridge, they do provide you with a hair-dryer, shower-gel, soap and even tiny chocolates, biscuits and chewing gums.
Απίστευτη τοποθεσία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Πρόσβαση άνετη και εύκολη σε όλα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης άψογος σε όλα. Πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, τρομερή θέα και η τιμή του πάρα πολύ καλή. Εννοείται το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
The best location! Good value for money. Clean. All the facilities in the room. We were 3 friendsa and for the money we pay it was over our expectations. I will go again at Chania with my family and I will stay at the same place.

The owner couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately we were only there for one night. It is right at the old Port. We had a lovely balcony. There was coffee tea and sugar, washing up liquid when we arrived.
Mr Yianis is fantastic, really helpfull and kind. Nice place, perfect position and we can not ask something more for our stay!!! We really enjoyed it. I recommend it without problems.

There seemed to be a problem with the sewerage at the time, but I'm sure it was only temporary and is now fixed.
We were expecting the see view room, but our view was actually blocked by the houses nearby.
