Wonderful staff. Wife had dental problem and Anastasia quickly arranged visit to her doctor, who was not expensive by North American standards. Superb location near port and old Venetian fort. Good restaurants nearby- within easy walking distance. Breakfast very good. Excellent value.

Location! Quiet street just 1 block from the Venetian harbor in Old Town. Our room on the top floor was huge! Views of the sea.

Lots of stairs up to the 3rd floor, no elevator. Wifi only in lobby.

Unlike a package holiday which we usually take this felt far more authentic.Could not fault ths hotel or its hospitality. Would recommend to anyone, friends or family. Anestasia will make you feel welcombe .

Sometimes we missed breakfast as this was not served after 10am,after all you are on holiday.

Location. Helpful and friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Easy walking distance to town and bus station.

The staff was amazing and were willing to accommodate all of our requests. The hotel was beautiful and extreme clean. It's location is perfect. It's in the heart of Old Town but far enough away from the waterfront so that it's not so loud at night. The breakfast was delicious. If you're looking for the authentic Cretan experience, this is the place to stay!

The bed was a bit hard and the shower is small.
