This is a well equipped hotel for a family holiday. We thoroughly reviewed prior to booking but were still surprised at how large the complex really was. We had a fantastic water view (room 503) and it was close to the main building but far enough away to be private. The beach and beach staff were excellent, clean sandy beach, great lounge chairs and all the free beach toys (snorkeling, kayaks, etc) were well used during our stay. all reviews » Nice hotel with beautiful views. Great food selection both for breakfast and dinner. Close to the sea. Only in the village of Bali you have to have in mind that everything is uphill which was fine for us though. As said in other reviews the hotel is mostly used by French people and all the activities are in French (which we didnt mind at all since we werent interested in them anyway) but all the staff does speak English perfectly. Especially Yannis at the reception was very nice and friendly an. -food, especially during dinner with half bord, where drinks (rose and red wine, bear and other drinks) were included -sandy beach with free sunbeds, umbrellas, towels and different kind of activities and very kind accurate supervisors - beautifull garden with lot of plants -perfect view to the sea and mountains. The beach was 3' away, clean and had sunbeds,towels and umbrellas for the guests. We particularly enjoyed the food at the hotel!! I recommend half or full board.Limitless and ecxellent quality and variety.Everybody was very polite and friendly.They helped us a lot with the baby. Great value for your money - the price per night is very low for what you are getting in return. The beach is great and free. Very good sport facilities in the hotel. The food was ok. Nothing to report. The rooms are very basic - low quality of furniture - mattress of low standard. Doesn't look like the owners wanted to make an effort on this aspect of their hotel. Doesn't seem there was a professional design of the rooms as they look like 4 walls of a cheap motel or hostel room. The hotel is French oriented. Most of the staff would not speak English. Some even doesn't know Greek as they are coming straight from France. The location is not corect on letsbookhotel.com. It's situated on the hill. Most of the staff (animation) speaks French, sometimes English. They take away passport for all the time of staying. The reception is not 24-hour. We were living early in the morning, the receptionist promised to give our passport and breakfast in the morning, but in fact she was not on her place. Hotel is targeting mainly French guests. All is written in Greek & French - no English! Location is a bit limiting - Iucky we had a rented car. The reception. There is no night life in this town. french only, 8o's Club Med vibe, payment for fitness center. Room was very damp with condensation running down windows,made bed and clothes damp.No instructions for anything in Engish or Greek, only French.'No tea or coffee making facilities,Drink not available until 7-30am Food below average, 2star would be generous for this Hotel Very dissapointed. Limited options. The hotel is purely operating for French groups buying all inclusive packages. Only buffet options for food, the bar was opening at 10am, so no proper coffee in the morning.
