Well maintained, clean and a great location to enjoy Agia Efimia. Amelia who welcomed my wife and I upon arrival, and her family are wonderful hosts and truly work hard to ensure all was good with our stay. Evi who looked after our room should also get a mention of thanks. Everything asked of Amelia was dealt with a smile and without fuss, as my wife had an issue with room hairdryer and a replacement was made available within minutes from the family home which sums up how friendly and welcoming.
all reviews » Amelia and her staff are what every small hotel needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday with linen and towels changed regularly. You could ask for anything and it was done immediately. The location and the views from the rooms are simply breathtaking. The hotel is very quiet all day and night and we were completely relaxed. Able to us the pool etc at the Odyssey Hotel next door which was beautiful and also the food at the Odyssey is to be recommended. The dinner menu is really. Amalia, the manager, was most efficient, ready to help us in every thing we asked for - and all with a genuine smile The hotel is clean and nicely designed in peaceful colors. the room is spacious and well equipped. The balcony, facing the sea & the bay - gave us lots of great moments of sunrise & sunset, but mostly called for complete relaxation. The hotel is located near the Marina, tavernas &. Absolutely everything! Fabulous,friendly,family run hotel, perfect location, small beach within 5 minutes walk to the left and restaurants to the right.Spotlessly clean with all the facilities, free air con and wi -fi and use of the fabulous pool at the neighbouring Odyssey hotel.Toured the island and checked out other resorts and hotels we had considered and without doubt, the best resort and best hotel.A hotel we rate 10/10 and we will definitely be returning!. The rooms were always spotless, cleaned everyday. The views from all rooms out across the bay to Ithaca were beautiful. And best of all was our hostess, Amalia. She provided everything we needed, including a beach umbrella and even lilos when she heard we were going to a beach with good waves! Such wonderful service, and such a peaceful and private hotel. Brilliant. The room was spacious and very clean. The view to the bay area was beautiful. I will really miss the breakfasts in the balcony, watching the see. I definitely recommend it. And I want to send many thanks to Amalia, the hostess, she was really helpful and gave as information about the island and roads. Everything it was the most superb three days ever had in Kefalonia, Amalia had communicated brilliantly prior to our visit and her mum and sister were very very friendly too. Will be going back definitely next year-aureia oraia wonderful. The hotel was wonderful - Amalia was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Our room was spotless just like the hotel. The views from balcony were to die for. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We picked a good spot but that goes down to researching the resort before hand. Lovely family run the place and such a relaxed atmosphere - they were there if they needed you but not in your face. everything ok, location, sea -view ( super ), close to restorant- shops, ect. large room well-equipment. and miss, Amalia is friendly and helpful in giving advice on places to visit- thnks!. Beds were far too hard but that's always the case in Greece. Every noise echoed around you and the walls must be paper thin as you could hear what was going on in other rooms!!. the shower is small and the water comes out on the floor. however, there is the well. bathroom without windows. Hard beds!. Nothing. Always shower flooded the bathroom floor, the bathroom too dark and small. Nothing. The quality of Wi-fi is poor, while we needed good internet to be able to do our work. nothing.
