Excellence service , convenient location, brilliant interior design i am so glad that i make an absolutely right choice to stay with a great hotel as my last stop during my vocation in Greece. The location is awesome that just few minutes walk to reach everything. I enjoyed so much for the accommodation and really want to stay longer next time. The room with fun design and substantial with the photo provided. i am very impressive of the excellent services provided from the front line manager.
all reviews » For this hotel, it is definitely located in a great area, Syntagma which just a few minutes walk from the metro. The staffs is excellent, services is comprehensive. Even the decoration of the room and the shampoo also is a high level standard. Especially, there is a staff which will be birthday two days before me - 13/6. I would like to takes this chance to say Happy Birthday to her and she have show us what professional services this hotel is. I will recommend this hotels to you if you are in . Was lucky enought to have eleven days here recently. Studio room was spacious and great bathroom particularly in 604. Room 601 had smaller bathroom but was quiter and larger sitting space. Very comfortable beds! Staff were friendly and happy to allocate room of choice if avaialble. Loction is perfect and within walking distance of main sights. Gym was small but has upto date equipment for an effective work-out. Had 3 good meals in New Restaurant and one not so good, but would not hesitate to st. Everything was perfect. The bed was just amazing. The room had everything we needed and it was very confortable. We were facing a street but we did not have any noise. It was quiet at night. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect - right in the center of Athens, walking distance to the Acropolis and other monuments, nightlife, shopping... It was an excellent choice. Upon arrival at new hotel we where greated walking down the street to the front door. The design all throughout the hotel was alot more impressive than expected from the pictures the rooms are amazing, modern designs, the staff are very attentive to every request we had. Overall amazing experience and i will definetlty be visiting again on my next trip and will be highly recomending it as well. Beautiful room, friendly staff, the rooftop bar - great place to relax. Would just recommend asking for room on 3rd floor or above to avoid traffic noise. Our Studio room was spacious and extremely comfortable. One of the best hotel beds too!. It's within walking distances to Plaka, Acropolis, Parliment building (for changing of the guards), Temple of Zeus, Hadrian's gate and all other attractions. Lots of eateries nearby as well. Hotel amenities are modern & our room has a balcony where one can sit (more for smokers). They provide turn down service with a yummy chocolate. The hotel location is great, walking distance to many of the sights of Athens. The rooms are smallish but very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and courteous and provided us with lovely small gestures that go above and beyond a typical hotel. If you are in Athens for a few days, stay at this hotel and don't think twice about it. Stylie, innovative hotel, easy to get to from Athens airport, 40 minute train ride (only 8 euro) then 5 minute walk. Centrally located, short walk to Acropolis and shops. The location is excellent - an easy 10 minute walk to the Acropolis and only 5 minutes to Syntagma metro station. Front desk staff were warm and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were spotless and equipped with modern furnishings. The hotel has a modern, boutique vibe. We would definitely stay here again. From when you walk in the nice scent throughout the hotel is very pleasant. The room was decent and nicely furnished. It wasn't just a cookie cutter hotel. - Design was great - Fantastic location only 10mins to Acropolis - Superb balcony for smokers. Just one problem in my mind, is the room 206, the bathroom have water leaking problem, when you having a shower for a while, the water will be leaking to the toilet...this make me feel not really comfortable, because even the toilet is also wet seems not really clean for me. Breakfast service was hit and miss - food choice was limited and same each day, and would benefit from daily variations. Not sure what was the problem with the towels. We only had 1 towel on one day and another day, no towels at all. Felt as if there were not enough towels for every room. Housekeeping did not pick up the phone and had to ring reception instead. None, it was a great hotel. No negatives at all. There is only one left and it is little bit slow, but that is not a big problem. We booked a deluxe suite and to be honest I thought it would be larger and the verandah was not so private from the rooms next to you. Breakfast was a bit strange. I didn't understand why there was so much wonderful bread visible that guests weren't allowed to have. I didn't mind being served bread by the staff (although everything else was buffet style), but they didn't seem to serve the bread that I actually wanted to eat. It was all a bit awkward. this is an old hotel that has been recently renovated so the rooms are a bit small. books in lobby about the artist were a little disturbing. kind of unusual and scary!. Breakfast, if not included in the room rate, is expensive. The rooms aren't huge - great for a short stay but may get a bit cramped if you were there for a while with a lot of luggage. They charged me for my second morning latte :( though breakfast was included. I had two rooms. The second one looked over φιλελλήνων Street and was noisy-- though the double plated windows are of the highest quality. None. Not having the "breakfast included" option, service at breakfast was poor. Having selected a continental breakfast option none of the things the waiters were supposed to bring to table such as orange juice or croissants were brought. Also Wi-Fi had to be accessed again and again rather than remaining on. A little expensive... The dining room seems a tad understaffed at times. Getting a second cup of coffee at breakfast was a good example. On a bad day, each staffer would cheerfully offer to help, and then get stopped by two or three other people on their way and forget about the coffee. Little pricey on dining compared to local restaurants. Shower base was damaged and was was quite unsafe. Reported twice as we found out our first report was ignored. Nothing, really. The waitress at the restaurant didn't communicate how large the portion sizes in the restaurant were so I over-ordered and therefore wasted food and money. Weak coffee. Bathroom water flow out at the first night but solved immediately. Wish it had a pool. room on the street is noisy (even on the 4th floor). The entrance was somewhat difficult to navigate with luggage. - Restaurant was understaffed, took way too long to order and get the food, however the food was good once it finally arrived. - Shower looks great but flooded the whole bathroom.
