The staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean.
Location was good because we were visiting family in the area.Misleading to say that it is in Frankfurt, it was inconveniently located for my purposes, too far out of the city. On several occasions the taxi drivers could not locate the hotel as there was no signage. It is not a modern hotel as advertised, it's very basic. There were no refresments in the rooms, no telephones and no international TV. It is not a hotel to stay in for more than one night. No lounge and no services. all reviews »
Very basic, more like a hostel than a hotel. We only found the entrance because a kind man from the restaurant next door showed us where to go and then how to get in, by speaking to someone over an intercom and then following instructions to get our key. This was because there weren't actually any staff present in the hotel most of the time.
