I liked the friendliness of the staff, and how helpful they were when I had questions concerning Ueckermünde, or when I checked in early (14:00). At breakfirst, there was very little black brown bread. And there were all these empty containers for scrambled egg, sausages, etc. Of course, I was there out of the holiday season, and the hotel was rather empty. But I would have enjoyed scrambled eggs.
