Triberg is famous for Germany's highest waterfalls as well as the world's smallest mechanical handmade cuckoo clock. Berghotel Schwarzwaldblick is situated in a quite canyon surounded by the silver firs, firs and beech forest typical of the Black Forest region, above 800 metres above sea level. Next to the hotel is a hiking trail that goes over a small creek and leads directly to the world-famous Triberg waterfalls. Please note that during the holiday season the price for breakfast is different: from 23 December until 31 December EUR 12.50 per person per night, on 1 January 2018 EUR 19 per person per night. on 24 December 2017 from 17:00 until 20:00 there is a 4 course Christmas buffet or a set menu for EUR 39 per person. on 31 December 2017 from 19:00 until 22:00 there is a New Years Eve menu or buffet with a welcome drink (sparkling wine) and hot soup at midnight including New Years fire works for EUR 79 per person. For arrivals by train, the hotel is 3 km away from Triberg train station. Guests are advised to book a taxi in advance (Taxi Duffner or Taxi Hermann) from Triberg. A shuttle service from the hotel to the railway station for a maximum of 4 persons is available for an additional charge of EUR 15 (from 07:00 - 22:00) and EUR 30 (from 22:00 - 07:00). Guests traveling with children are kindly asked to inform the property with the number of children and the age of the children in advance.
