The staff was very polite. (Both in the reception services and breakfast services.) The location is really good. Forest all around. We stayed at 307 and our room also had a forest view with a balcony. We stated at the hotel with two kids (6 years old and 2 months old). I can say our stay was very comfortable. The sports areas, playgrounds, etc near the hotel look quite attractive to the kids. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in the garden. Nice terrace in the garden. The open buffet was gre.
all reviews » The hotel is in the middle of the forest, the view in the morning is breathtaking! The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is warm and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa has an open deck with a view of the forest. Free high speed Internet! Breakfast was free even though it wasn't part of the room plan. Doors and windows are sound proof. The room's design was a blend of modern and shabby which we loved!. What a beautiful hotel in the middle of the forests yet very close to the city center. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are like a proper 5* hotel and the staff is very sweet. They upgraded us to a suite because of an issue in the air conditioning of the room we booked. The internet is the best I've used in Germany and the parking is excellent and free. Highly recommended. Very friendly polite staff.. Very clean lobby & rooms & bathrooms.. Spacious rooms (Primier room).. Quite area in the middle of the forest.. Close to the train station that goes to city center.. Budget friendly & well priced rooms.. Excellent breakfast.. The room was very comfortable, and the wifi was high speed and reliable. They even welcomed our dog with treats. I reach to hotel around 9:00 and easily I got my room .. plan to visit Stuttgart agin to have a night on this hotel again. Great facilities, great sauna/spa/gym. We enjoyed the free parking right outside the front door. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The place was nicely decorated for fall. Parking .. if you plan to stay outside hotel up to 18:00 it will be difficult to find free parking so you must get parking on hotel garage which cost you 12 € . Privacy in bathroom an issue if travelling with friends or colleagues (glass door and frosted panels don't make for good discretion). Pricey breakfast (didn't try). The bathroom is not so big but has a lot of amenities for the guests. A little bit far from the city center. Cell phone signal was tough to get in room. Wireless reception varied greatly depending on room location. Room faced backyard and noise from people sitting outside talking loudly and laughing until after midnight. You have to pass a football stadium to get to the hotel. While you wouldnt know it when you are in the hotel, getting to the hotel was chaotic because of all the cars for the match that was on that day. Parking limited in front of hotel, garage 12Eu per night is only real alternative unless parking on street. Appears to be a safe area , but a long walk to your car. Reception staff could have been a little more welcoming. They seemed to be more interested in speaking to each other. Too young and inexperienced maybe?. Restaurant menu only in German. no light in the balcony. No faults. The shower space is without the door and it's not very convenient. Choice of TV, lots of porn but not much else! Quite a walk from city centre. They said that it was pet friendly and it was 10euros per day. After two days they said they would charge me 30euros additional. My dog was 9 pounds and did nothing but urinately appropriately on doggie pads. Also I recognized that breakfast timing would not work for me due to my work hours. They stated that they could not remove from bill after I had booked it. Ridiculous!. Nothing!. expensive breakfast. The breakfast cost 18 euro. That's a little expensive.
