Staff, breakfast, close to main station. breakfast. staff. My room had proper blackoout curtains. Some rooms facing away from the street have no noice problme e.g. 34, 35, 36 and 41.Very friendly!They tried to help us as much as hey can on every question we had.The hotel is very close to Hauptbahnhof the main train station and that was very helpfull!I liked very much that the blankets were all covered by the sheet and you were sure that nobody else slept on that blanket!. all reviews »
The staff is nice and patient, always help the guest with familiar smile. The bed is large enough and it applys hair drayer in the room. Though the facilities are a little old, everything keeps well. Furthermore, the breakfast is delicious.Good value for money. Not far from the city centre and main train station, so other locations are easy reachable by s and u-bahn. Rooms facing the street have a big noise problem, as do rooms adjacent to the elevator e.g. 32.The little flaw about the hotel is the location. Though it near the Hbf, but it is on a slope. It's a little difficult to bring the heavy laggage up the slope. On the opposite, it's easy when leave the hotel to the Hbf. No double beds in rooms for two people.
