  The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and patient. We communicated in a mixture of my broken German and a few English words. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised... It fit all 5 of us just fine, with a nicely stocked kitchen and a comfortable living space. The grocery store was only a block away, which made meals easy and inex... what people say » pensive. The only trick was getting back and forth to Europa-Park (the reason for our visit). We discovered that we could take the Europa park Hotel m - Big apartment - with the best kitchen we've had during the trip in the black forest. Spacious and cozy. Great location if you're planning to go to Europa park. We stayed for the nights before and after the visit in the park and it really eased on our schedule.

  This hotel is fantastic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the food was great, even better than the theme park hotels, it is really close to the theme park which is why we went there and I would definitely go back again. - Room was quite big

  The apartment came with everyhting we needed and it was very close to Europa Park. It was very comfortable and the lady who we paid was nice. The apartment is equipped with kitchenware but could use a microwave and new fry pan and some baking pans. - nice spacious place

  Very clean large apartment with nice terrace, towels and bedding available at the apartment without an extra fee. Fully equipped kitchen, there was even a coffee maker with coffee.
