Very nice and large living area, terrace and bedroom. Duplux appartment with plenty of room for larger families. Very friendly owner that was able to speak english. Very close location to the europark (3 minutes walk).
Great host, great location, clean and good price when sharing with a large group of friends.
The owhners were really friendly. The appartment was easily accessible,

Very close to Europa park
Close to the super market.
The house is good and near park eropea.
The only real downsides i could consider was the lack off a microwave in the kitchen. No possibillity to take a shower (there was no shower curtain). And a more smaller downside but necessary for business use was the lack of a internet connection.
Only one toilet/bathroom but we were aware of this when booking. Would be easier if you could pay by card rather than cash.
The appartment can accomodate comfortably 7 people, according to my
opinion. We were a group of 10 people, so it was a bit narrow for us!
However, when with friends, there is no problem...
Has no airconditionig or fan
It is so hot during June ,July and August
It has only one bed room and one toilet.
They did not Clean the house. For 5 days.

There are no kitchen facilities available between 16 January and 28 February 2017. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Hausener Str. 23, 77977 Rust. Please inform Ferienwohnung Michelle Werkling in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
