  This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. The location in the town is superb and the staff was incredibly helpful in every way.   I called in advance to say that we were late and they waited for us until 11 p.m., very much appreciated! Inside the hotel looks even better than in the photos, very nicely decorated and the room was very clean.   The hotel was beautiful and very historic. The location was great, right on the corner of the marktplatz and was a great central location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great..we actually ate dinner there both of our two nights!   The hotel has a convenient location- 2 blocks from the entrance of the old town of Rothenburg. We could walk there from the hotel. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our use. There is also a nice restaurant and breakfast is included. - Close to the city - convenient walk. Excellent food.

  We stayed in the 4 person apartment. It was a little outdated, but reasonable. It was very clean and ready to go once we arrived. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you have about touring the local area. The biergarten and restaurant were great. The food was even better. Breakfast was also wonderful. Location is extremely close to the Markt Platz and many sites. - Exceptional staff with extraordinary service and kindness. Got sick on my vacation and the owners made sure I got help and arranged for me to see a doctor at short notice. Hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the city, very good food and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

He effeciently checked us in, showed us where to park, and pointed us in the directlon of the Night Watchman Tour. Rooms were charming and clean. Breakfast was good.
