  We were hiking the Rheinsteig and Hotel Zu Den Bergen was very handy to the track (near Marksberg [castle]). Our hotel room was spacious, modern and very clean, as was the ensuite bathroom. A large breakfast was included in the room price consisting of eggs, meats, breads, cheese, cereals, fruit yoghurt and tea/coffee. - Clean and good location h... what people say » otel.   Great central location with a parking space if needed. Spotless accommodation with everything you need for a great stay ..just buy the wine ..... and there is certainly no shortage of places to buy within walking distance. A minute`s walk to the central bridge over the Moselle linking the 2 parts of town so perfect access to bike lanes/boat trips/... what people say » shops & restaurants. - I brought my 11 Y.O. child on a trip to Traben and stayed here for 4 days. Inga the owner greeted us at the door with a very warm and accommodating reception, the apartment was very clean, well maintained, spacious and fully loaded. Excellent place to stay, within walking distance to bakeries and restaurants. I will stay here again on the next trip.

  I stayed one night. It was OK. A supermarket very close to hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was a parking space, very convenient.

  Mr Singh, the owner, was an incredibly friendly gentleman - he went out of his way to help us out and tell us the best way to get into town, etc. The room was large, clean and had a nice view of the other side of the mountain with the fortress on it!
