  The hotel staff was very friendly - Probably the best buffet breakfast, with a wide range of cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats and cooked breakfast, that I have ever come across. Very much recommended. Room very comfortable and delightfully old-fashioned!

  The staff were so friendly and very relaxed allowing us to choose our own combination of ingredients fo dinner. Breakfast was enjoyable, undercover bike storage and good English. We could open the window for fresh air overnight. - Check-in is up to 23:00, but if you call them, staff can leave keys in the safe near the door.

  Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. It had a kitchenette, and 2 bedroo... what people say » ms ideal for families and long staying guests. Breakfast was truly satisfying. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

  Good price, quite nice breakfast. Simple rooms with spacious bathroom but very comfortable. Highly recommended - This was planned as a cheap stopover on our way home and it fit the bill. A bit like student accomodation.
