  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I had a double room and it was bright, spacious, well laid out and very clean. The Restaurant was very nice with a good selection of German food, which more importantly was very tasty, with large portions. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food and lots of lovely coffee.... what people say » The bar area and outside terrace was nice with reasonably priced drinks. Overall - great. - The hotel was very relaxed and friendly. The staff were extremely helpful, cooperative and flexible as the duration of my stay became uncertain due to work commitments. The food was excellent and the menu was varied. I shall be staying at this hotel again on any return visit to this area.

  Good food and helpful staff - We were delighted with our stay in every way - all staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the surroundings very pretty. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and more than ample. We will definitely return at the earliest opportunity and will recommend this hotel highly to our friends

  Super clean and comfortable. Large room, full of amenities. Fast and free wif. Easy parking.. I should say that I stayed in the main building and do not know about the Apt-Hotel part of it. Hard to find by GPS. Do not use the zip code, but use the town and ask for the street while there. - The comfort of the facility.   This apartment was really very comfortable and practical for my needs. Just over a 5 minute walk from the central station and about 7 minutes from the Dom and central Cologne, it is really very handy. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street, so traffic is not an issue.
