  Monschau is simply magical. This brings you in a great mood.   The room was modern and clean. The proprietor was very friendly. The center of Aachen is only 12 minutes away. The breakfast was only 5 euro and good value for money (with fresh rolls and an omelet). There was no noise from the pub downstairs, because it was closed. The hotel and pub have been sold to a new owner. (At the moment of writing they a... what people say » re in the middle of the transfer.) What will this mean for the future? - Everything from the minute I walked in the door ( late 12:30am) I was treated like a king! Very friendly and no language gap but I do speak a little German, owner speaks very good English.

Reasonably priced breakfast. Helpful cooperative staff went out of their way to store our luggage for us so we could make a morning visit into town....free of charge.
