  This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's tucked away in a courtyard, so it's pretty quiet. The building is new and modern, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! A great selection of baked goods, yogurt, eggs, sausage, etc. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. We had trouble using the night door, bu... what people say » t the staff was prompt in fixing the issue the next morning. Rooms were spacious and clean. Also a fun, hip area with lots of restaurants a few blocks - The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed. While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys. The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area

  The service for the personal - I was surprised - I hardly stay in Hostels (prefer hotels), because I always get quite stressed to what I'll find whenever I reach them. Extremely friendly welcome attendant (thrusday Oct 2nd, at night). I would come back to stay in a single room again.

  Very flexible checking in and -out. Saved our trip when our first flight was canceled. Furthermore the 'feel' of the place was very true to the surroundings (the Berlin 'scene'), with original and buy able artworks on the walls and so on.   We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel the need to ... what people say » get it! We had a great time! We would definitely return. - While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.

  I loved the location, it was very close to the cool areas of berlin andyet quiet and safe. Also, the cleanliness was above par for a hostel.They computers where free also which was awesome. Also, I arrived quietlate and the girl said it was no problem and she waited for me to getthere before she left...which was awesome :) - U inn is a great hotel ... what people say » in a very good location in Berlin! It is a new hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly! It is also important to have free internet access and of course the room rate is amazing!!!
