  Very good direct customer service, English-speaking. Our hotel apartment was typical for Germany. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was decent size and easy to use. Nearby Lake Constance is wonderful. Close to walk to is a nature park, lake, and UNESCO site for lake dwelling houses (Pfahlbauten). Easy use of bus very close to hotel. Food was excellent for breakfast, typical European s - Kindest owners I've ever met. We were on vacation during February with kinda cold weather, there was snow every night and the owner cleaned my car every morning, we really really appreciated that. The breakfast was huge, both sweet and salted, with coffee and tea and sweets. We got an apartment fully equipped and we cooked "at home" every evening with no problem at all.   Clean rooms, good location, free parking, you can't ask for more for this price. Generally, it's a good location if you just want to stay several days or nights. - Great value for your money! Room was clean, everything was well set up. Very convenient off the highway!
