Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for breakfast. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills. The room was very clean and confortable, with great choice for breakfast. The hotel also has a very nice Biergarten if you are lucky to have nice weather. We booked this trip since December and we went in June, so lots of time planning. DO not look any more for hotels or BB, book this place now. Fatima and her husband are great. 1- best location, close to downtown but far enough from the noise. The bus at the door. 2- Excellent breakfast. 3- Very good rooms, big windows. And free Wifi. We will go back to Munich, too many things to see and we will go back to Zeevat, Thank you Fatima and Jan.
