The staff was very helpful and more than willing to make your stay in Munich enjoyable. We arrived very early in the morning; however, Sebastian was more than willing to help us find a bike tour of Munich and we were able to purchase a one-day tram pass at the hotel (the tram station is within 2 blocks of the hotel and the best way to get into downtown Munich). - Anonymous

Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service. The location was a little ways from munich butthe train was only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely staythere again. - Bob

This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extremely clean and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again when in Munich. - Odette

Hotel was lovely, the staff were great the room was a good size. It has an old world feel to it. Good location. It is a five minute walk to the main christmas Market, and the subway is right outside of the hotel. - Kathleen

It's a very nice hotel, with a good location (although close to thetrain station with all its kebabs and adult shops). Maybe a bit tooposh, but still nice and pleasant even if you travel with no businessoutfit. Very good drinks in the lobby bar. Very friendly service. - Anonymous
