the receptionist is so so nice and speak good english. the site of hotel is so close to the main station, so convenient. nice breakfast. The hotel is quite close to the city center and main train station. The room was very clean and new. Breakfast was also very decent.Easy walk to train station, U and S bahn, etc.Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. room, they were clean and comfortable staff, they are ready to help with every question and very kind ( Neno on reseption was very good guy!!!thaks him a lot).

Very noisy. Fruit stands all around the hotel, so the hotel surroundings are dirty and a crowd of shoppers is very noisy. Locations just couple blocks away look much better.There was no arraingement of Beel Boy or any trolley to carry the luggage from reception to the room. Internet connection was too weak.I staied two times in the hotel; 1-st time I stied for 4 days and we recived the smallest double room in the hotel I think. single room is too smaller,. unpleasant neighbourhood; very noisy street (even late in night); despite what they say wifi internet connexion is not working in the rooms; hot water takes as much as 5 minutes to come... Does not deserve its 3 stars!!!. In a very noisy street which was easily heard from the room. Parking was expensive given the hotel room rates for what they are, and incoveniently located a block or so away from the hotel. The hotel was overpriced. Phone calls were expensive given that free calls were not possible, therefore phonecards not useful. The hotel was a bit shabby, with dirty linnen in our corridor.
