Very friendly staff who take pride in their hotel and know how to look after people. One really feels welcome. Superb breakfast with home-made sausages and freshly baked bread. Convenient for public transport: bus than S-Bahn. Breakfast was perfect; location, near metro, was great; staff, especially the gentleman on desk, was very helpful and accommodating. We liked the rooms, restaurant (food), parking and service (people). The location was good for our needs.
