I do not speak German and the staff went out of the way to help. Food was gourmet quality and plenty of it. Room clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was clean, nice view and location if you search for something quite. No heating in the room...it was July but there were 16 degrees outside and 5 during the night. We were freezing! The breakfast was bad, food was old, pineaple, salami were old, my husband had serious stomac problems after eating!!!.
