the stuff was really helpful and everyone was trying to make our staying really easy!! really generous breakfast and everything as shown at the pictures. Superbly efficient, rapid and courteous check in despite many guests ariving at same time. Many De Luxe hotels could learn from Mercure's staff and their work systems. Clean and comfortable. Big room. Compared to other places in the same or near the same price class that I´ve been to in the last couple of years it felt like a real hotel. Slept very well. Didn´t try the breakfast. Nice staff too. - Cleanliness. Buffet breakfast fresh with good variety and choice. Very polite staff. Room was spacy and not cramped.

Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

The value for money at Hotel Johann is excellent, beautiful and spacious room with high ceilings, there is no air condition in the hotel but even during hot days, room remained cool....
Excellent breakfast with top quality products/ingredients!
